Processing time, shipping, and Returns

In stock items ship same day or the next,

Personalized items ship 2-3 days.

In stock orders received on business days are processed and shipped same day or the next day. Personalized items are shipped in 2-3 days. We try our best to ship these in 1-2 days, but some orders have several personalized items and can take 2-3 days. Orders received on Fridays after noon or on weekends are processed on the following Monday. 

Shipping will be handled via FedEx or USPS. Your package tracking code will be emailed to you after your order is shipped.

 

Returns & Exchanges

The Irish Rose stands behind its products and will happily exchange or refund any flawed or defective merchandise. We are unable, however, to refund or exchange personalized items for size.

 If you have any questions about sizing, please consult the sizing charts, the measuring guide, or ask any of our customer service representatives. They will be happy to assist you.

 If you wish to return your online purchase: Using the address on your packing slip, send the merchandise back to us. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund, as you instruct. Our return address is:
